Greg McLellan
Greg is the Principal Solicitor at Guardian Family Law.
Greg practices in all areas of Family Law including child custody disputes, complex property division matters, spousal maintenance applications, child support, and de facto relationship settlements.
Greg regularly appears in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and has significant experiencing running complex litigation matters from beginning to end.
Greg has also appeared in the Appellant jurisdiction of the Family Court of Australia and has a deep understanding the complex jurisprudence surrounding family law litigation.

Roukaya is the Owner and Manager of Guardian Family Law.
Roukaya is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm including all managerial decisions, accounts management, human resources, and professional services management. Roukaya is also responsible for all marketing and promotional events for the firm including sponsorships, community engagement, donations, and fundraisers.
Roukaya’s management of Guardian Family Law prioritises high client satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring that the business operations of the firm can continue efficiently.
